Important details for existing ANZ Stadium Club Members

General Admission Events

Members are not required to book tickets for General Admission events. Please use your Member Card/s for access through the turnstiles at Gate L.

If you wish to bring a Paying Guest/s to these events you can purchase up to 3 tickets per membership right, subject to availability, from the Members’ box office adjacent to Gate L on the day of the event.

Gold Member seating is unreserved for General Admission events.
Platinum Member seating will be on Level 5 of the Members’ Stand. Seating is unreserved for General Admission events.

For General Admission events Gold Members are able to purchase a parking pass by clicking here or calling Ticketek on 132 849. Parking tickets are $15.00 each plus delivery fee. Platinum Members are able to request a parking pass by calling Member Services on 1300 136 006 (Option 2).

Reserved Events

All Members are reminded to take note of each Booking Close Date for reserved events. Unfortunately tickets requested after this date will be subject to other Members' cancellations. 

Gold and Platinum Members are entitled to request up to 3 Paying Guest tickets. All requests for Paying Guest tickets are subject to availability. 
Members can elect to sit with their Paying Guests, or can elect for their Paying Guests to be seated separately. Please note that your seating allocation will be adversely affected if you choose to sit with your Paying Guests. All Members who choose not to sit with Paying Guests (including those Members who do not bring Paying Guests) are allocated seats before those Members who choose to sit with their Paying Guests. Paying Guests seated separately from their Member will be allocated seats after Members sitting with Paying Guests have been allocated.

Platinum Member Paying Guests tickets are allocated after Gold Member, Gold Guest and Gold Paying Guest tickets have been allocated. Paying Guest ticket prices are not set by the Club and the revenue from Paying Guest tickets goes to the hirer in a similar fashion as for general public tickets.

Gold Members have a right to request to purchase a parking voucher (subject to availability) when booking tickets to Reserved Events at the Stadium. Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) owns and manages all parking stations within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. The Club has access to a maximum of 1,750 parking spaces across all the parking stations in the precinct and not exclusively in P1. The Club is obliged to allocate Platinum Members into P1 first before allocating spaces to Gold Members. Car park requests are subject to availability and parking is allocated on an event history basis. Members will receive notification of their success or otherwise of their request when event tickets are mailed, approximately four (4) weeks prior to a Reserved Event.

Platinum Members book parking tickets at the same time as booking event tickets. Parking is allocated to the P1 Parking Station at Sydney Olympic Park. Parking tickets for Reserved Events will be mailed with event tickets approximately four (4) weeks prior to the event.
