Experience
Mark Norville joined Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in 2005. He is a senior executive with 30 years experience in infrastructure funds management, investment banking, accounting and finance covering a wide array of disciplines. Mark is a Director of Cleveland Bay Water Pty Ltd, Esperance Pipeline Co Pty Ltd, Esperance Power Station Pty Ltd, Stadium Investments Pty Ltd and various companies associated with the investment management activities of ANZIS. Mark is also a Director of Stadium Australia Management Limited and Roseville College Foundation Limited.
Ken Edwards

Ken Edwards is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Stadium Australia Group. Previously, Ken was a Director of Ogden IFC and a member of the Ogden IFC Group Board of Management. He is a former Chairman and current Director of the Sydney Olympic Park Business Association (SOPBA). Ken is regarded as an expert in stadium, arena, convention centre and theatre facility management and development, particularly throughout Australia and Asia. His 27-year long career has spanned sports administration, venue management and marketing and he has been CEO of ANZ Stadium since 1999.

Mr. Easson is Executive Chairman of the EG Property Group. He is a former Director of the Macquarie Goodman Industrial Property Group, In Tech Asset Consulting, the State Rail Authority of NSW, Sydney Light Rail and the State Superannuation Investment and Management Corporation, a former Vice President of the Australia Council of Trade Unions, a former Secretary of the Labor Council of NSW and the former Chairman of a Federal Government Taskforce on Payments to Statutory Authorities and Special Purpose Payments to the States. He was also Deputy President of UNICEF Australia and was a Councilor of the National Competition Council. He is Deputy Chairman of ACT Electricity and Water Corporation and a Director of ING Real Estate, Sydney Roads Group and Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited. Michael is also a Director of Stadium Australia Management Limited.
Maree P. Lowe

Maree Lowe is CEO and Director of ASI Solutions, a privately Australian owned IT company. She has 21 years experience working in the IT industry, all the time managing her own company. Maree won the NSW Telstra Business Woman of the Year and the NSW Westpac Business Owner of the Year Awards in 1999. For the last 6 years, Maree has worked on the NSW Government State and Regional Development – Small Business Development Corporation Board representing the voice of local business in NSW. She was also elected 3 years ago to join the NSW AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association) Committee.
Steve Mortimer, OAM

An icon of Rugby League, Steve Mortimer’s playing career included 270 1st grade games for the Bulldogs, 9 Tests for Australia, 4 Premiership victories (2 as Captain) and 9 games for NSW including captaining the NSW Blues to their first State of Origin Series win in 1985. Steve has continued to play a prominent role in Rugby League as a commentator and panellist for a range of media outlets including Fox Sports, Channel 7's Sportsworld, ABC Radio, 2GB, 2UE & Sky News. Steve is a former CEO of the Bulldogs and is a director & partner of Steve Mortimer Clothing and Merchandise in alliance with Australasian Corporate Clothing supplier Deane Apparel.
Andrew M. Penfold, LLB (Hons)

Experience
Andrew Penfold is a former solicitor and investment banker. He worked in law for approximately 10 years with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney and Freshfields in London and Hong Kong specialising in project and infrastructure financing, asset financing, and real estate construction, development and financing. Andrew then moved into investment banking and worked in project and corporate finance with Nomura in Hong Kong for 8 years. After 10 years in Hong Kong, Andrew returned to Sydney in 2004 and now works on a full-time but voluntary basis for a number of charitable, community and not-for-profit organisations. In addition to his role as a director of ANZ Stadium Club, Andrew is currently Chairman of the St Joseph’s College Indigenous Fund, a director of South West Inner Sydney Housing Co-operative Limited, a founding member of the Independent Schools Indigenous Education Network, a Trustee and Secretary of the Hong Kong Rugby Bali Fund, a director of St Joseph’s College Foundation Limited and a Member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
